Spring is coming - insect is on duty!

Winter Jasmine - Jasminum nudiflorum is the deciduous shrub with the yellow coloured blooming flowers.

It's February, but nevertheless, the yellow flowers are occupied by bees, bumblebees and wasps.

When I watch them for a while, I believe that I've found some pattern of their behaviour.

Early in the morning when the sun is shinning not that strong, they pollinate flowers outside of the shrub.

Later when the sun is high, they keep working on flowers inside the shrub.

Some of these beautiful little creatures are very cooperative like models, some of them seems to be nervous, or at least are moving fast, skipping from one flower on another.

My presence with my camera doesn't bother them, only when I get too close, mostly to those "nervous" ones, they fly away right away.

They somehow feel each other.

I have nothing to do for a minute or two, then suddenly are 20 around me.

And there is a competition.

Fortunately, so many flowers with so much pollen can share millions of these little creatures!
